With the theme “United for Twelve Years, Visioning a Smarter Future,” Slamtec celebrates its anniversary with a warm and tech-infused gathering, where every Slamtec member looks back on the journey we’ve walked and sets sights together on the road ahead.
Twelve years ago, Slamtec planted the seed of innovation with a single laser LiDAR, pioneering breakthroughs in autonomous navigation. Twelve years later, we have grown into an industry benchmark—empowering robotics and automation across countless industries and making intelligence truly accessible.
This anniversary is not only a tribute to our past, but also a declaration for the future: “Visioning a Smarter Future” — Slamtec is ready!
On October 30, the “AR Shoot Your Colleagues” event kicked off simultaneously across all Slamtec offices.
Through a WeChat mini program, employees became the stars of their own clips— using the exclusive 12th-anniversary AR filters to create fun, creative videos.
The hashtag #Slamtec12YearsMyPartner quickly took over social media feeds. With messages of celebration and heartfelt wishes, each smiling face became a vivid portrait of Slamtec’s 12-year journey.
On October 31 at 3:00 PM, the main celebration at the Yangpu headquarters was in full swing. Teammates from Zhangjiang, Yancheng, Shenzhen, and Beijing joined online via Feishu to celebrate Slamtec’s 12th birthday together.
Slamtec CEO Chen Shikai delivered a heartfelt speech:
“Thank you for walking this journey with Slamtec. Twelve years ago, we started from one LiDAR; today, intelligence has touched thousands of industries. I hope we will continue to stay passionate and curious, achieving even greater milestones together.”
During the Treasure Hunt, participants revisited twelve years of milestones, collecting “fragments of Slamtec’s memory.” In the DIY Tote Bag Workshop, they stitched creativity and warmth into personalized commemorative bags— each one a “sample of the future” in their hearts.
Of course, no birthday is complete without a sweet touch— a cozy afternoon tea, the aroma of coffee, the sweetness of cake, and the laughter of colleagues together formed the warmest flavor of Slamtec’s twelfth birthday.
